Booking
After we confirm all the details with you, we'll send you an official quote. Once paid, we'll lock the date for you and will discuss all the details (printed photo design, backdrop design, additional props, etc.). Please note the date can't be booked in without invoice being paid in full and it's still available for other customers to book.
Cancellations
We are accepting 100% refunds up to 2 months prior to the event. If the cancellation is made less then 2 months prior, we are only able to refund 50% from the invoiced amount. Reschedules are the subject of dates availability. If the date is already booked the standard cancellation procedure is followed. If the date is free, there will be no fees and charges for rescheduling.
Insurance
The van is registered and insured in N.S.W and we have also public liability insurance as well.
Staff
Our staff member will be present during your booked time. The duties including and are limited to: assisting with photobooth operation (taking photos, printing, etc.), making sure everyone around and in the van are safe, making sure van is clean and operational all the time, set up and packup of the van. Staff member will either wear our Orange Van branded T-shirt with white or black trousers and sneakers as a default uniform, or dresscode will be directed by the client.
